Catering and activities
For your event you can choose from our range of special functions menus, or alternatively, you can select from our extensive and ever-changing brasserie menu. We can cater to all special dietary needs and will also assist with planning individual and group activities for conference delegates or their partners. Remember there are six golf courses in the region, a sky diving centre, horse racing track, botanical gardens, railway museum, local vineyards and a dingo sanctuary, so it’s your choice to relax and unwind, or get active with a range of activities.
